We use your details to schedule sessions, prepare chart analysis, reply on WhatsApp/email, and improve our service. We do not sell your personal data.

We do not share your birth details with third parties for marketing. Communication may pass through WhatsApp, email, or video tools you choose (Zoom/Google Meet), which have their own privacy policies.

5. Retention

We keep enquiry and session notes only as long as needed for follow-up or as required by law, then delete or anonymise them on request where feasible.

6. Your choices

Our website may use standard hosting logs and analytics if enabled later. We aim to collect only what is needed to run the site securely.
