By using www.findmynakshatra.com or booking a consultation, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to book a paid consultation.

3. Nature of service

Consultations are Vedic astrology guidance for information and reflection only. They do not create a doctor–patient, attorney–client, or fiduciary relationship.

4. No professional advice

Nothing we provide is medical, psychological, legal, tax, investment, or other licensed professional advice. Seek qualified professionals for health, legal, or financial decisions.

5. No guarantees

Astrological interpretations are subjective. Outcomes are not guaranteed. Past or sample results do not predict future results.

6. Sessions & payment

Fees, duration, and mode (WhatsApp / Zoom / Meet) are confirmed before the session. Payment instructions are shared privately after booking confirmation.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted under Indian law, Find My Nakshatra and Sivaraman Rajagopal are not liable for decisions you make based on a consultation or website content. Your remedy is to stop using the service.

8. Conduct

Do not misuse contact channels for harassment or spam. We may decline or end a session if conduct is inappropriate.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Bangalore, Karnataka shall have jurisdiction, subject to applicable law.
